Wake up with a glass of water. Easy enough, right? This P-Knot Challenge will help you crawl before you sprint out of the gate towards that big New Year’s Resolution.
It is good to have that inspired and motivated desire to change. So, let me give you a quick challenge to begin building your confidence. I am going to join you in this self experiment. Can you, can I, create a small new positive change for just 7 days?
The Challenge: Drink 1 cup of water first thing after getting out of bed.
- Once you climb out of bed, the very first thing you do is drink 1 cup of water.
- To ensure success, the night before put 1 cup of water waiting at your bedside.
- You must complete this for 7 days in a row.
After you complete this challenge, do not stop there. Continue this routine AND create another small habit change for yourself.
