National P-Knot Day

National P-Knot Day is to bring awareness to the healthy practice of Self Myofascial Release.   The benefits of SMR can have a huge impact on preserving our vitality.

We are declaring September 9th, 2016, and every 9/9 after, to be National P-Knot Day.  We at P-Knot Industries, LLC believe that if society adopts SMR as a habit to our daily routine, then as a collective whole we will experience less aches and pains, have better posture, and be able to perform more efficiently.

The studies are out there, there are many companies now creating the “latest and greatest” SMR tools, foam rolling has been introduced on the Dr. Oz show and the like, physical therapists prescribe SMR to their patients, and yet the majority of today’s society does not know what SMR means or why they should do it.

The concept of 9/9 is to create a day within the calendar year to remind us of the importance of movement education including SMR.  Modern Medicine needs to adopt this practice as part of any prescription/diagnosis/treatment plan, physical education teachers from K-12 need to utilize and teach our youth about SMR, office workers need to have mandatory time in the day to perform SMR to undo the day…the arenas go on and on.  September 9th is a day to put Self Myofascial Release on the map.  Help share the good word and celebrate 9/9 if you believe in our mission.

Tag us in your social medias this September 9th, and use #NationalPknotDay.  Happy P-Knotting Folks.

We are also inviting anyone who wants to come by and check out the P-Knot Facility on the day after National P-Knot Day.  On September 10th, we will be opening our doors for a full tour to those interested.  We will offer a spread of healthy food with plenty of water for all.  We will also offer 20% off the purchase of a P-Knot for those who attend this Open House Celebration.

Come join us as P-Knot Industries, LLC is here to stay.  We are opening up our doors for everyone from 11am-4pm on Saturday, September 10th.   Hope to see YOU!
