Hip, knee, and thigh pain can be debilitating, demotivating, and contribute to a diminishing quality of life. These pains are a major source of disability and often prevent people from exercising or performing their day to day physical activities such as walking, dancing, or doing yard work. Persistent discomfort. Tightness, immobility and arthritis are major signs that there is an issue with the tissue that is being referred to the joints. If allowed to ensue, the joint does change and restriction of flow can lead to degeneration, soft tissue damage, and lack of control, leaving you more susceptible to further injury. The natural and easy solution is to simply unknot with P-Knot. This ongoing portion of the series first attacks the most likely causes of the issue and eventually compounds, shedding light on the unexpected causes. This class will deal with some tissue issues such as:
Jumper’s Knee
Patellar Tendonitis
Growing Pains
