Daily Habit Challenge

We endure a lot of stresses throughout the day resulting in fatigued muscles and overused motor patterns. It is important to Undo the Day from our postural tendencies. The Daily Habit Challenge is truly for all of us. Focusing on our foundation first, our engine second, and our control center third, our feet, buttocks, and Thoracic Spine are the key spots to P-Knot at the end of the day.

We understand how hard it is to start new habits and break old habits. We want the P-Knotter to be compliant with engaging in daily use of the P-Knot. We have created a very quick and basic routine to get you started. This routine can be done in less than 5 minutes and will yield noticeable results in decreasing daily aches and pains, undoing some of the postural damage from the day, and enhancing your daily overall performance. We challenge You the P-Knotter to find 5 minutes a day, whether it be first thing when you wake up, the last thing before bed, or any time in between, to engage in the Daily Habit Challenge with your P-Knot.

This completes your Daily Habit Challenge. We are recommending that you engage in this challenge for 30 days. Once you start getting consistent in a P-Knotting routine, we feel confident that you will fully be aware of the positive and healthy effects of Self Myofascial Release. The power of the P-Knot is infinite. Once you have completed the 30 days, try some of the basic Pain, Posture, and Performance ‘how to’ routines. This will expand upon the Daily Habit Challenge. Also, make sure to check our website out frequently as we begin to add more and more ways to use your P-Knot with different new routines for Pain, Posture, and Performance. We hope you enjoy the healthy habit as much as we do.

Hey Boomer! Glad you were able to catch Ethan at Mike Boyle’s place and we really appreciate you reaching out. As you can see our site is pretty bare right now but we plan to add functional training. If you’d like to learn more we are holding an Athletic Development seminar for professionals like yourself on June 1st, you can check out more details here. Email Tom@p-knot.com if you would like to attend. As for the P-Knot itself, I’m not sure if you looking for a discount for yourself or your clients but Tom can help you out with that as well. Thanks again and hope to see you soon!
