We have created a very quick and basic routine to get you started. This routine can be done in less than 5 minutes and will yield noticeable results in decreasing daily aches and pains, undoing some of the postural damage from the day, and enhancing your daily overall performance. We challenge You the P-Knotter to find 5 minutes a day, whether it be first thing when you wake up, the last thing before bed, or any time in between, to engage in the Daily Habit Challenge with your P-Knot.
This completes your Daily Habit Challenge. We are recommending that you engage in this challenge for 30 days. Once you start getting consistent in a P-Knotting routine, we feel confident that you will fully be aware of the positive and healthy effects of Self Myofascial Release. The power of the P-Knot is infinite. Once you have completed the 30 days, try some of the basic Pain, Posture, and Performance ‘how to’ routines. This will expand upon the Daily Habit Challenge.
